PROJECT JNANA JYOTHI

Today, there is a huge emphasis on higher education. Society basically perceives that the more educated, the better off you are. That is mostly true if you live by the means of society. Education provides a platform for an improved livelihood. ‘Education is Self-Empowerment’. Receiving good education helps in empowering oneself, into the making of a stronger individual who can live through any situation. Educated people are always aware of themselves and their surrounding environment. It helps one to tap into their latent talent to showcase one’s skills. Every educated person is trained to take decisions and is also aware of the consequences of the decisions taken.

The solution was therefore to provide good education to all the students of the village. The village consists of 2 Anganwadi centers, Mandal Parishat Primary School and Zilla Parishad High School. The project was named as ‘Gnana Jyoti’ and the goal was to make schooling, an enjoyable experience for kids.
