Focus Areas
The MPR Society was established to empower the rural economy through the Smart Village Program. As part of the Smart Andhra Pradesh Foundation (SAPF), S. Uppalapadu was developed, considering the 20 non-negotiable indicators, and was awarded the title of Smart Village in January 2019. The MPR Society aimed for empowerment through health, education, and employability by bringing in good infrastructural facilities, running awareness campaigns, and creating ample employment opportunities. The MPR Society achieved the following milestones through the journey of development.

As part of the Smart Village Program, the MPR Society adopted local schools, invested time and effort in training students, and converted the medium of instruction to English by employing professional teachers. The society also established the Rayalaseema Skill Development Center to offer vocational courses in English to the youth in the village. The youth of Uppalapadu were trained in IT courses and were provided with employment opportunities through job melas and placement drives.
The Feuji Foundation launched Jnana Parvati Vidhyaniketan (JPV) Regular School in April 2019. Today, the school is 5 active grades.
